Dispatch of Physician

The physician dispatched by Alive 24 Indonesia will evaluate the traveler’s condition and provide a diagnosis and treatment plan. The physician will also work with the traveler’s healthcare providers to ensure that they receive the necessary care throughout their journey. If the traveler needs to be transported to another facility for further treatment or to return home, the physician will make the necessary arrangements.

In addition to dispatching physicians, Alive 24 Indonesia also offers repatriation arrangements to ensure that travelers receive the medical care they need while minimizing the cost of medical expenses. This service includes coordination with local medical providers, the arrangement of transportation and accommodations, and the management of medical expenses.
